The award was designed & project managed by Christopher Blade Head of Commissioning & The Studio at The National Glass Centre, University of Sunderland. It was designed specifically in response to the brief which was to celebrate individual teams achievements whilst empasise the wholistic and all ebracing nature of Health & Safety throughout the many facets of the company. The awards were modelled and cast by glass artist & National Glass Centre tenant Katya Izabal Filmus
