Over the past year Chris has worked closely with Israeli glass artist Katya Filmus. Recently Katya was awarded a 2 month residency at Pilchuck, Seattle the famous glass school founded by Dale Chihuli. Here she cast the negative violin & hands illustrated here, in Gaffer Glass from New Zealand. They were flown back to Israel where the grinding & polishing and manufacture of the brass components were done.
